We have adjusted our schedules to reduce the numbers of patients in the office at any one time and to perform the COMPLETE disinfecting process. IF YOU DO NOT KEEP YOUR APPOINTED TIME YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A MISSED APPOINTMENT AND WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT- While we all love spending time with our patients, visits will be a little different! ALL patients and staff MUST be PRESCREENED for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. Please arrive for your appointment on
time or early - ONLY ONE person at a time may enter. IF YOU ARE NOT WELL, DO NOT COME IN! Call us at (617) 332-1234 when you arrive; if you have not been asked the screening questions when your appointment was made you can check in at this number. Upon entering you can take your temperature using the thermometer on the scanner on the wall to the right. Hand sanitizer stations are at each entrance and exit. After treatment you may pay by credit card, check or use PayPal.Me/robertmburton. You may also call to schedule your next visit. ALL CO-PAYS and LAB DEPOSITS MUST be made at this time.
We offer holistic and homeopathic advice, digital X-rays, mercury free restorations, Bruxir Zirconia metal free veneers and crowns, hypo-allergenic partials and Straumann and Nobel implant crowns.
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday , 8:00 am- 3:00 pm. Voice messages are attended to and returned as soon as possible. Please make sure that you leave a message and a TELEPHONE NUMBER if it is an emergency. A pharmacy number is necessary for a refill or new prescription.
New Patients are welcome - medical and insurance information should be brought with you to your first visit. Copies of all previous Xrays and dental records should be requested and sent by email to email@example.com. Patients who have been told to premedicate should contact YOUR DOCTOR for clarification and direction. Insurance is your responsibility - you will be liable for ALL charges not covered. Missed or broken appointments without adequate notice may incur a fee.
